Alexandra is a caring and compassionate osteopath who completed her Bachelor of Health Science and Master’s Degree at Victoria University. She adopts a holistic and evidence-based approach to osteopathy, assessing the whole body and its relationship to the specific area of pain, injury, or dysfunction.
Alexandra enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints, with particular interests in:
Acute and chronic cervical pain, back pain, headaches, sacroiliac joint dysfunctions, pregnancy-related low back pain, rib, shoulder, knee, and ankle conditions, chronic pain, including identifying psychosocial factors that may contribute to patient complaints.
In addition to manual therapy, Alexandra emphasizes exercise prescription, ergonomic advice, lifestyle modifications, and patient education. Her goal is to empower individuals to make positive changes to their health and well-being that can be seamlessly integrated into their busy lives.
